If you are an end consumer who received a communication or document from a person or company using Sendocs, please note that we are not the entity responsible for the processing of data, but a mere provider rendering services to the person or company that sent you the communication. 2.2 If you use our Services or Site

If you use our Services or Site, this Privacy Policy sets forth how we are processing your personal data, and how are we processing personal data on your behalf. You are not required to provide any personal information when using the Site, unless you choose to access features that require such information (as, by way of example, subscribing to any newsletter). 3. How is your data being processed?

3.1. Information we collect from Customers who visit our site

For customers who visit our site, we collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the website. From time to time, we may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of our website.

For those users who provide requisite authorization during the account setup and login process, Sendocs collects personally identifying information from enquiry forms, contacts forms, and others, as applicable to provide better service to all users. This may include first name, last name, email address, company name, company website, company location and phone number.

3.2. Information we collect as Customers use our Service.

Sendocs may collect specific information about how customers use our product. This include situations such as how a customer uses a specific feature and when a customer uses the product. The information is collected as data logs, images, or a logical sequence of images/videos to reply an issue encountered by a user. Our system automatically collects information such as the internet protocol address, browser type, browser language, referring URL, features accessed, errors generated, time zone, geo-location data, operating system information, and other such information that is transmitted in the header of the user’s HTTP request. This information is stored in log files. Sendocs uses these log files to analyze trends, administer, and improve the application.

3.3. Information we collect on our Customers behalf from their customers?

In order to provide you with the Services, we may need to process on your behalf third parties’ personal data. This is the case, for instance, when a Consumer fills a feedback in the template (the forms we made available to you in the Services), in this case the data is collected, stored, and processed on your behalf. For clarification purposes, the subject-matter of the processing is the provision of said Services, and the type of personal data and categories of data subjects depends on the information uploaded into the Service.

We will only process any personal data we may have access to as a result of the provision of the Services in accordance with the instructions included in the Terms of Service and any other that you may provide us from time to time in writing.

Sendocs uses the information for the following general purposes: service provisioning, billing, identification and authorization, service improvement, and research. When a customer contacts Sendocs, we may keep a record of customer communication to help solve any issues the customer might be facing.

1. We use SSL and SSE (Server Side Encryption) to ensure security of our services and data transfer

2. We review our information collection, storage and processing practices to guard against unauthorized access to systems.

We restrict access to personal information to Sendocs employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

7. Retention, deletion or blocking of data

We adhere to the principles of purpose limitation and data minimisation. Therefore, we only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the client purposes or for as long as the storage period set by the client. After discontinuation of the respective purpose or expiry of these deadlines, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted.
